Editing your own birth data

Account → Birth data. Change any of the date, time or place and save. Every screen that draws from your chart recalculates — the bodygraph, the reading panel, transits, relationships, the one-sheet. There is no separate "recalculate" step and no stale copy left behind.

The app also clears its cached copy of your chart in the browser at the same time, so you do not need to hard-reload to see the change.

Editing someone else's chart

Open the chart from your Library and edit it there. The same rules apply.

What does not update automatically

One-sheets you have already printed or saved as PDF. They are a snapshot of the moment you printed them. Reprint after an edit.

Share links you have already sent. How they behave depends on which kind you used:

• A chart share link carries a snapshot of what you shared. Editing the underlying chart does not rewrite an existing link. Revoke the old link from Account → Shared links and share again.
• A branded practitioner link computes the chart when it is opened, so it will show the edited data. That is the intended behaviour, but it is worth knowing if you edited a client record after sending the link.

Deleting a chart

Delete from the Library. The chart and its saved activations go.

Two things to be aware of:

• Deleting your own chart puts you back into onboarding, because the app needs one chart marked as yours. See why the app keeps sending me to onboarding.
• Any share links pointing at that chart stop working. They will not silently show stale data; they will simply not resolve.
