Invoices and receipts
They live in the Stripe billing portal. There is no invoice list in the app.
This article describes something in the app that is missing, partly built, or advertised elsewhere and not actually available. It says what happens today and how to get the outcome by hand. Everything of this kind is listed on known gaps.
Every payment produces an invoice. They are held by Stripe, and the app does not carry its own copy or list them anywhere.
Getting them
Account → Plan and billing → Manage plan opens the Stripe billing portal. Invoices are listed there with a download link for each.
Stripe also emails a receipt to your billing address at the time of each payment. Search your mailbox for the invoice number if you have it.
The gap
There is no invoice list inside the app itself, and no way to get one without going through the portal. For anyone doing quarterly bookkeeping that is a small but real friction, and if your access came from a code rather than a checkout the portal will not open at all — see managing or cancelling your subscription.
If you cannot reach the portal and need an invoice, write to us and we will send it.
Adding a company name or VAT number
Do it in the billing portal, in the billing information section. Stripe will reissue the current invoice with the details on it. Do it before your next renewal if you need it on future invoices as well.
If you need a past invoice reissued with company details, ask us — Stripe allows it but not always from the portal.
What the invoice says
The line item carries the plan name and interval, for example Aquarius Plus (yearly). VAT is applied according to your billing country and shown separately. The merchant of record is the business named in our imprint.
