Steps

  1. Open the avatar menu and choose Upgrade, or follow any upgrade prompt in the app.
  2. Choose Plus or Pro, and monthly or yearly.
  3. Continue to checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe on their own pages — we never see your card details.
  4. Pay.
  5. You are returned to the app with the new plan active.

When access opens

Immediately on a successful payment. If the app still shows locked content after you return, reload the page once — the plan is attached to your account server-side, and a page loaded before the payment completed will still be holding the old state.

If a reload does not fix it within a minute or two, write to us with the email address you paid with. Do not pay again.

Monthly or yearly

Yearly is meaningfully cheaper — €180 rather than €228 on Plus, €396 rather than €468 on Pro. You can switch between them later from the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference.

Taxes and currency

Prices are in euro. VAT is handled at checkout according to your billing country, so the final figure Stripe shows you is the figure you pay.

If you have a code

Codes are redeemed inside the app rather than on the Stripe page — see redeeming a code. Redeem first, then upgrade, because a code changes what checkout looks like.

What we recommend before upgrading

Read what is free and what is paid first. A lot of what people expect to be paid — transits, the one-sheet, unlimited charts — is not. Note that the app is tropical-only and has no API — neither is offered on any plan.
