Is there an API?
No. It was listed on the Pro tier by mistake and that claim has been removed.

There is no public API. No keys, no endpoint documentation, no published rate limits.
Why this article exists
The API used to be listed as a Pro capability, and our features page described it in some detail — "per-account keys, rate-limited, chart as JSON or SVG". None of it existed. We have removed the claim.
If you took Pro at €39 a month specifically for the API, that is our mistake and not yours. Write to us and we will sort it out — a refund, a credit, or holding your subscription until something ships, whichever you would prefer. Please do not sit on it quietly.
What Pro actually delivers
Everything else on the tier is real and working:
- Client records, sessions, notes and tags.
- Session briefs — their chart, what is live in it today, and your notes on one page.
- Branded share links and branded one-sheets.
- The practitioner note on a chart.
- The practice dashboard.
- Priority support — write to us and you go to the front.
If you need chart data programmatically
Tell us what you are building and what shape you need it in. Two reasons: we can usually produce a one-off export by hand in the meantime, and if an API is ever built it should be shaped by people who actually intend to use it rather than by our guess at what they want.
In the meantime, exporting your data gives you your own charts as a file.
