Printing or saving your one-sheet as a PDF
The one-sheet prints from your browser. There is no server-side PDF export.
This article describes something in the app that is missing, partly built, or advertised elsewhere and not actually available. It says what happens today and how to get the outcome by hand. Everything of this kind is listed on known gaps.
On this page
The one-sheet is a printable single page carrying your chart: bodygraph, type, strategy, authority, profile, defined centres and channels, and your incarnation cross. It is free on every plan.
What "PDF export" actually means here
There is no server that renders a PDF and hands you a file. The one-sheet is a web page designed to print correctly, and you save it as a PDF using your browser's print dialogue.
Our own pricing page describes this as "export readings to PDF", which oversells it. A generated file — one button, one download — is a different feature and we have not built it. This is on the known gaps list.
In practice the output is the same page you would get from a generated PDF. It is the number of steps that differs.
Steps
- Open the chart and choose One-sheet.
- Pick A4 or Letter using the toggle on the page. Do this before printing — it sets the page geometry.
- Print: Ctrl+P on Windows and Linux, Cmd+P on a Mac.
- In the destination dropdown choose Save as PDF (Chrome, Edge) or, in Safari, use the PDF button at the bottom left and choose Save as PDF.
- Turn background graphics on if the preview looks washed out. Chrome hides them by default and the bodygraph loses its fills without them. It is under More settings.
- Leave scale at 100% and margins at default. The page is laid out for those values.
On a phone
iOS Safari: the share button, then Print, then pinch outwards on the preview — that turns it into a PDF you can share or save.
Android Chrome: the three-dot menu, then Share, then Print, then choose Save as PDF.
The one-sheet is legible on a phone, but it is laid out for a sheet of paper. If it matters, print from a computer.
If the layout looks wrong
Check the A4/Letter toggle first — a Letter sheet printed onto A4 clips the bottom. Then check the scale is 100%. Then check background graphics are on.
Other printable sheets
There are one-sheets for a transit day and for a relationship chart too, and they print the same way.
