New accounts have to confirm their email address before they can sign in. If the message has not shown up, work through this in order.

Check who it is from

The email comes from hello@aquariushumandesign.com. Search your mailbox for that address rather than for a subject line — subject lines get truncated in search, sender addresses do not.

Check the folders that are not your inbox

In order of likelihood:

  1. Spam or Junk. A first message from a new sender is the classic case.
  2. Promotions (Gmail) or Other (Outlook). The message is not marketing, but automatic tabs do not always agree.
  3. Your work mail filter. Corporate mail gateways quarantine first-contact senders and do not always tell you. If you signed up with a work address and nothing arrives at all, try a personal address instead.

Mark the message as "not spam" once you find it. That teaches your provider to deliver the rest — password resets, receipts — to your inbox.

Confirmation links are single use and time limited. If yours has expired, go to the sign-in page and start the account creation again with the same email address. That reissues the confirmation.

If nothing arrives at all

Two things are worth ruling out before you write to us:

  • A typo in the address. The most common cause by a distance. You cannot see the address you typed after submitting, so if you are not certain, create the account again and type carefully.
  • An address that does not accept mail from new senders. Some providers silently drop rather than bounce.

If neither applies, write to us with the email address you used and we will confirm the account manually.
