Transit tools is the working surface underneath the daily transit view — for when you want the raw positions rather than the interpretation.

Where it is

Not in the top navigation. Open it from the Transits page. It requires Plus.

What it is for

  • The ephemeris. Planetary positions in gate and line across a range of dates, rather than a single day.
  • Formed channels over time. Which of your channels get completed by transit, and when.
  • Working ahead: finding the days in a coming period when a particular channel or centre is temporarily defined for you.

Who it is actually useful to

Two groups. People who plan around their own mechanics — choosing when to have a particular conversation, when to start something. And practitioners preparing a session, who want to know what is live in a client's chart on the day they will be sitting with them.

If you just want to know what today looks like, the free Transits page already answers that and this page will feel like more machinery than you need.

A note on precision

The positions here come from the same ephemeris that casts your natal chart, so they carry the same accuracy. Gate boundaries are exact rather than rounded to the day — a planet that changes gate at 14:20 is shown in the old gate before that time and the new one after it.
