The bodygraph is blank or half-drawn

The chart graphic is a large asset. When it fails, this is usually why.

If the page frame is there but the body graphic is missing, empty, or drawn without its gates and channels filled in, work through this.

Reload first

The bodygraph is a single large graphic loaded separately from the page. One failed request leaves the frame with nothing in it. A reload retries it and fixes this most of the time.

If a reload does not, hard reload: Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac.

The usual causes

A blocked request. Content blockers and strict privacy extensions sometimes block large asset requests. Try a private window with extensions off.

A slow or unstable connection. The graphic is large enough that a marginal connection can time out on it while the rest of the page succeeds.

A stale cached script. If the graphic loads but nothing is filled in, the drawing code and the chart data may be out of step after a deploy. See stale app after a deploy.

No chart data at all. If the graphic is drawn but completely empty, the issue may be the chart rather than the graphic — check the name in the chart picker. See the chart page is showing someone else's chart.

On a phone

The bodygraph scales to the width of the screen and can look cramped in landscape on a small device. It is not broken; rotate to portrait. Tapping a gate, channel or centre opens its reading as a sheet from the bottom.

If it never works on one device

Tell us which browser and version, and whether it works on another device on the same network. That distinction — device or network — is the first thing we would test.
