Gate 37 · Friendship

Gate 37 is the emotional glue of the tribe. It governs the agreements that hold communities together: the warmth, the loyalty, the negotiated roles that make a group function as a family. It is about belonging. Gate 37 sits in the Solar Plexus and connects to Gate 40 in the Heart/Ego via the Channel of the Family (37-40). This is the central tribal channel: the agreement between the worker (Gate 40, will force and labor) and the family (Gate 37, emotional belonging and nourishment). The channel works through bargaining. Gate 40 offers its labor; Gate 37 offers belonging and care in return.
