Gate 26 carries the Ego's capacity to promote, sell, and convince. It holds tribal memory: the accumulated store of what has worked, what people have needed, what has proven its value. That memory powers the promotion. Gate 26 sits in the Heart/Ego Center and connects to Gate 44 in the Spleen via the Channel of the Salesman (26-44). Gate 44 provides the instinctive pattern recognition about what the tribe needs; Gate 26 provides the will force and promotional ability to deliver it. This is Ego-powered. The energy is real and it does not tire when the thing being promoted is genuinely worth promoting.
