Inner Authority

When the Solar Plexus is defined, it is always the Inner Authority. No exceptions, no overrides. The fundamental rule: there is no truth in the now for an emotional being. Every perception is colored by where the wave is at that moment. The high of the wave feels like certainty. The low feels like certainty of the opposite. Both are partial. The emotional wave moves continuously between hope and pain. It does not stop. When facing a significant decision: notice the initial response but do not act on it. Sleep on it.

The body knows before the mind does. When the Solar Plexus is undefined and the Sacral is defined, the Sacral response is the Inner Authority. The response is instantaneous, binary, and body-based. It arrives before reasoning begins.

The Splenic signal comes once, quietly, and does not return. If it is overridden or missed, it is gone. This is the most demanding authority to work with: no wave to ride over days, no gut sound to check in with multiple times. One body signal, in one moment.

Ego Authority is rare. The will is the Inner Authority. Not the conditioned ego of self-importance, but the mechanical will: the genuine desire of the self. "Do I actually want this? Does my will move toward this?" The question is not "Should I want this?" or "Is this the reasonable choice?" The question is: "Do I want this? What does my will say?" The Ego speaks through desire and through the material. When the will moves toward something, the direction is clear. When it does not, no amount of reasoning will sustain the commitment.

The G Center is defined; all centers above it in the authority hierarchy are undefined. The Self-Projected Projector finds their authority by talking the decision out loud. Not to receive advice. To hear what the self actually says when speaking. Find a trusted person who is genuinely willing to listen without directing. Talk about the decision. Notice what you hear in your own voice: the quality, the energy, the texture. Is there a yes in the speaking? A no? An uncertainty that sounds like something working itself out? The authority is not in what the other person says back.

None of the body-based authority centers are defined. There is no fixed inner signal. The authority is found through the environment: talking with different trusted people in different contexts and listening for what shows up consistently across all of them. Talk about the decision with several trusted people (not for their advice). Notice what you hear yourself saying across those conversations. Look for the thread that shows up regardless of who you are speaking with and regardless of the setting. When the same answer keeps appearing across different environments and different people, that consistency is the authority.

Lunar Authority belongs exclusively to Reflectors. With no defined centers, no fixed inner signal is available. Instead, the Moon, which moves through all 64 gates over approximately 29.5 days, becomes the authority clock. The correct decision is the one that remains consistent across the entire lunar cycle.
